How we work
Every job, same five stages.
- Scan and road test
Codes pulled, the symptom reproduced with you in the passenger seat if you like.
- Inspect on the lift
Brakes, suspension, leaks and tires, measured and written down, not eyeballed.
- Photos to your phone
You get pictures and a short video of what we found, with the worn part next to a new one.
- Written estimate
Parts, labour hours and HST, line by line. Urgent items flagged red, "can wait" items flagged green.
- You approve. We start.
Reply YES to the text or sign in person. Nothing is touched before that. Old parts go in a bag on your seat.

- Covers the parts we installed and the labour to replace them if they fail.
- Honoured at partner shops across Canada if you're more than 50 km away (sample network).
- Doesn't cover wear items like wiper blades, or damage from a collision.
- Your original invoice is the warranty. We keep a copy too, so you can't lose it.
- Ontario's Consumer Protection Act: the final bill can't exceed your written estimate by more than 10% without your consent.
