The Wickham
A warehouse that learned to be a home.
Built for a printing firm in 1911, the Wickham kept its brick, its freight elevator and its ten-foot windows. We added twenty-two rooms, a bar people actually want to sit in, and a rooftop with the best view of the tower on King.

Questions
What's in the room rate?
The room, Wi-Fi, the coffee kit and Sunday late checkout. Taxes are shown separately: the Toronto Municipal Accommodation Tax (6%) and HST (13%), which applies to the room and the MAT.
When can I check in?
From 3 pm. Checkout is 11 am, or 3 pm on Sundays. We'll hold bags before and after.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, on the fourth-floor pet floor in Queen Studios and King Corners. $40 per stay, two dogs maximum.
What's the cancellation policy?
Flexible and Bed & breakfast rates cancel free until 48 hours before arrival. Advance saver rates are non-refundable.
How do you handle my booking details?
We collect only what we need to hold and service your stay, store it in Canada, and never sell it, in line with PIPEDA. Ask the front desk for a copy of what we hold.
