What the warranty covers: failure of the coating itself (loss of gloss or water beading) under normal washing. It doesn't cover rock chips, scratches, bird-dropping etching left over 48 hours, collision repairs or automatic car washes with brushes. Keep your inspection card; missed inspections end tiers 2 and 3.
Mobile vs studio
Some jobs travel. Some don't.
Dust and temperature ruin corrections and coatings, so those happen only in the studio. Washes and interiors can come to you.

Before you book
Why does a coating need paint correction first?
A coating locks in whatever is under it, swirls included. A Stage 1 polish is the minimum so the coating bonds to clean, levelled clear coat.
Is a ceramic coating permanent?
No. Coatings wear with washing, UV and salt. Ours are rated 2, 5 or 7 years with the care steps on your card, and we put those terms in writing.
How long will I be without my car?
Details are same day. Stage 1 plus a coating is usually two days including the overnight cure. Stage 3 plus Signature can take four.
Do you take a deposit?
For builds over $500, a 20% deposit holds your bay. It's refundable up to 72 hours before your date and comes off your final bill.
Can I wash it myself afterwards?
Yes, after 7 days. Use a pH-neutral soap and two buckets, and skip brush car washes. Care kit included with Armour and Signature.
