How it works

- Book and verify your licence
Snap your licence and a selfie once. We check it in about two minutes, then delete the images.
- Get your digital key
A text arrives 30 minutes before pickup with your bay number and a one-tap unlock.
- Walk to the car and go
Free shuttle or a 6-minute walk from Terminal 1. Return to any bay; photos are timestamped at both ends.
What you need: a full G licence held 1 year or more (or equivalent), a credit card in the driver's name, and age 21+. Drivers 21 to 24 pay a $25/day young-driver fee.

Winter tires on every car, every winter.
Ontario doesn't require them. Québec does from December 1 to March 15, and the 401 in a February squall makes the case on its own. November and April, ask for them at $10/day.

Before you book
What's the minimum rental?
24 hours. Shorter trips are charged as one day, and you can keep the car until the 24 hours are up. After that, you get a one-hour grace period before the next day is charged.
Can I rent if I'm under 25?
Yes, from 21 with a full G licence held at least one year. A young-driver fee of $25/day applies, and premium sedans need drivers 25+.
Do I need your damage waiver?
Not always. Many credit cards cover rental damage if you decline the CDW and pay with that card. Call your card issuer first. Third-party liability of $200,000 is always included.
Can I drive to the US?
Yes, in most classes, with a note on your booking. Cargo vans stay in Ontario and Québec.
What happens to my licence photo?
It's used to confirm your identity and licence class, then deleted within 90 days of your return. We keep the licence number and expiry for the rental agreement, as required. Details in our privacy policy (PIPEDA).
What if my flight is late?
Add your flight number and we track it. Your key and bay are held for up to 4 hours after the scheduled landing at no charge.
How do I extend or change a booking?
Use Manage booking at the top of the page with your reference and last name, or text the 24/7 line. Extensions are charged at your booked rate if the car is free.
