How we price
Bedrooms set the base, bathrooms and square footage adjust it, and the type of clean multiplies it. You see the maths in the quote, line by line, with HST. No "starting at" surprise at the door.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients aren't. Choose concierge, lockbox or key on site in your booking; the instructions are private to your team lead and deleted 7 days after the visit.
What's the re-clean guarantee?
If anything on the checklist isn't right, tell us within 24 hours. We return within the next business day and re-clean it free. If it's still not right, that visit is refunded.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before your window, from the link in your confirmation text. Inside 24 hours there's a $40 late-change fee, because the team's day is already planned around you.
Do you bring supplies?
Everything: plant-based products, colour-coded microfibre, mop, and a HEPA vacuum. If you'd like a specific product used, leave it out and note it.
What about post-renovation dust?
Post-renovation cleans are priced separately because fine drywall dust takes several passes: HEPA vacuum, dry wipe, damp wipe on every surface, vents and window tracks. Book once trades are finished.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Bonded, with $2M general liability (sample figures for this demo) and WSIB coverage for staff. Ask for a certificate of insurance for your building's management.
When am I charged?
Your card is saved when you book and charged after the clean, once you've had a chance to look. Prices include HST on the receipt.
