Fabric first.
We buy wool by weight and linen by the bolt, then wash every length before we cut it. Nothing shrinks after it leaves us, and nothing pills in the first winter.

Cut and sewn on Spadina.
Our six-person studio is a streetcar ride from the shop. "Made in Canada" on our labels follows Competition Bureau guidance: the last substantial transformation happens here and at least 51% of direct costs are Canadian.

A fit you can predict.
Every style runs true to size with the same shoulder and sleeve block, so if one fits, the rest will. Knits sit relaxed; size down for a closer line.

Mended, not replaced.
Bring back anything we made for free repairs in the first year: buttons, seams, elbows. After that it is $20 a fix, done in the studio.

Measure a shirt you love.
Lay it flat, measure pit to pit and double it. Compare with the chest below. Between sizes? Take the larger for knits and the smaller for linen.

Shipping, returns, care.
How much is shipping?
Free across the GTA on orders over $150; otherwise $9 flat. Canada-wide shipping is $14, free over $250. Carbon-neutral delivery via Canada Post, 2–5 business days.
What is the return policy?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Exchanges are always free, by mail or in the shop.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars; HST (13% in Ontario) or the GST/HST for your province is added at checkout.
How do I wash knitwear?
Hand wash cool with wool soap, press out water in a towel, dry flat. Or bring it in: we steam and de-pill our own knits for free.
What do you do with my data?
We keep only what we need to ship and support your order, store it in Canada, and never sell it. You can ask for a copy or deletion at any time (PIPEDA).
