About weeds and pesticidesOntario's cosmetic pesticide ban means lawns can't be treated with most synthetic herbicides for looks alone. We follow it: thick turf, correct mowing height, overseeding and approved low-risk products do the work instead.

How a project comes together.
Most design-build projects run eight to twelve weeks from first visit to the last plant in the ground.
i.Week 1 · free
Site visit
45 minutes on your property. We measure, check drainage and sun, and talk budget openly.
ii.Weeks 2–4
Design
A scaled plan with a planting list and a fixed written estimate. Design fee credited when you build.
iii.Weeks 5–10
Build
Locates called before we dig. Our own crews, no subcontracted hardscape. Site tidied every evening.
iv.Every season after
Care
A care plan keeps new planting alive through its first two summers. Plant replacement guaranteed on plans.

Questions, answered.
When should I book a spring project?
By February. Spring install slots fill first; site visits run all winter so designs are ready when the ground thaws in April.
Is the quote builder a real price?
No. It's a ballpark band based on typical Oakville lots. After a free site visit you get a written estimate, valid for 30 days, before any work or deposit.
How do snow contracts work?
A flat seasonal price from December 1 to March 31. We plow at 5 cm, clear walkways by hand and finish residential routes by 7 am. Sign-up closes November 15 or when the route is full.
Do you spray for weeds?
Not with synthetic herbicides. Ontario's cosmetic pesticide ban restricts them for lawns and gardens. We build dense turf and use approved low-risk products where needed.
Do you take commercial properties?
Yes: offices, plazas and condo corporations across Oakville and east Burlington, with site logs for every maintenance and snow visit.
