These are starting prices. Coat condition, matting and temperament can add time; we always tell you before we start. All prices + HST.

Doodles and poodle mixes: add $15 for coat density. Puppy intro (under 6 months): $45 flat, any size.

Vaccines up to date

Dogs: rabies and DHPP (distemper-parvo). Bordetella recommended. Cats: rabies and FVRCP. Send records ahead.

A potty break before drop-off means a calmer, happier pet on the table.

Hates paws touched? Nervous of dryers? Skin allergies? We plan around it.

Pickup on time

Questions

Good to know

Do you use cages or kennels?
Never. Your pet stays with their groomer from drop-off to pickup, and we book so no two dogs share the studio floor.
How long will it take?
Usually 1.5 to 3 hours depending on size and service. The booking shows an estimate, and we text 20 minutes before your pet is ready.
What if my dog is matted?
Light tangles are brushed out at $15 per 15 minutes. Heavy matting is painful to brush out, so we recommend a comfortable short clip and call you before starting.
Which vaccines do you need?
Dogs: rabies and DHPP. Bordetella is recommended. Cats: rabies and FVRCP. Please send records before your first visit.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, Tuesday and Thursday mornings when the studio is quietest. Our cat groomer handles one cat at a time.
Can I stay and watch?
Most pets settle better without their people, but you're welcome to stay for the first five minutes of a puppy intro.
