Who do you represent when I buy?

You, as a client, once we sign a buyer representation agreement. Under TRESA, we give you RECO's Information and Consumer Guide before any agreement, and explain the difference between being a client and a self-represented party.

What does the 1% listing commission include?

Pricing plan, professional photos and floor plans, staging, MLS® listing, open houses and negotiation. The buyer brokerage's commission is a separate figure you agree to in writing. The 1% rate shown here is a sample.

Can I see a home before it hits MLS®?

Sometimes. Sellers decide how their home is marketed, and we'll always tell you what they chose.

How accurate is the instant evaluation?

It's a starting range from neighbourhood averages. The written evaluation uses recent comparable sales and a visit, and is what you should rely on.

Do you work outside Oakville?

Yes: Burlington, Milton and west Mississauga. Our listings on this page are Oakville only.
