The venue
One wedding a day, never two. The barn, the orchard lawn, the farmhouse and the loft are yours from ten in the morning until midnight, with a coordinator who has run more than four hundred of them.

Questions
The practical bits
What's the rain plan?
The barn is held for every orchard ceremony at no charge. We make the call with you at noon; the team turns the barn around in 90 minutes.
Is the bar licensed?
Yes. The Orchard House holds a liquor sales licence from the AGCO (licence #000000, sample). All alcohol is served by our Smart Serve-certified staff; outside alcohol isn't permitted. Last call is 11:30 pm.
How many people can we have?
The Barn's fire-code occupant load is 220 seated or 300 standing; the Orchard Lawn holds 250 for a ceremony. Over 220 for dinner, we add a tent on the lawn pad. Over 300 we can't host you, and we'll tell you so on the first call.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
25% holds your date and is non-refundable. 50% is due six months before, the balance 30 days before. Cancel more than 12 months out and we refund payments beyond the deposit; inside 12 months, payments are kept unless we rebook the date.
Is there a noise curfew?
Amplified music outdoors ends at 11 pm; inside the barn the party runs to midnight. Shuttles are strongly recommended: we're rural and there are no cabs.
Is the venue accessible?
The barn and lawn are step-free with a paved path; there's an accessible washroom in the barn. The Loft is up one flight of stairs.
