Canada's privacy law lets personal information be processed outside the country when the contract protects it and customers are told. We go further and keep production data in Canada.

Pricing

Two ways to buy

Fixed price

For websites and MVPs with a defined scope. The proposal lists pages or features, the price, the schedule and what counts as a change. You pay in milestones; the final payment is on launch.

Monthly team retainer

For ongoing product work. A fixed monthly price per engineer, a 30-day notice to change team size, and a monthly report of what shipped. No minimum term beyond the first month.

We do not sell SR&ED tax-credit recovery: the Canada Revenue Agency allows no credit for contract work carried on outside Canada, so the price itself has to be right.

Straight answers

Who will actually work on our project?
A delivery lead in Mississauga who is your single point of contact, and named senior engineers in Pakistan who are our own staff, not subcontractors. You meet them on the first call and see their names on every pull request.
Where is Nimrtech based, and where does the work happen?
Nimrtech Inc. is a Canadian corporation in Mississauga, Ontario. Your contract, invoices and account management are Canadian. Engineering is done by our own senior team in Pakistan, on a shift that overlaps your Toronto morning.
Can our customers' personal data leave Canada?
Under PIPEDA it can, provided the contract gives it comparable protection and your privacy notice says so. Our default is simpler: production data stays in cloud accounts you own in a Canadian region (for example AWS ca-central-1), and our engineers work with test data. Quebec clients get a Law 25 privacy assessment template with the proposal.
What does it cost?
Every quote is fixed-price or a monthly team retainer with the scope written down. Toronto agencies list US$100 to 149 an hour on Clutch (September 2026); our senior engineers cost a fraction of that because they are paid Pakistani salaries and managed from Mississauga. Use the calculator for a first estimate, then ask for a quote.
Can we just talk first?
Yes. A 30-minute scoping call costs nothing and ends with a written summary of what we heard. If we are not the right fit we say so on the call and, where we can, name who is.
Can we claim SR&ED tax credits on the work?
Not for the part done outside Canada. The CRA allows no portion of a contract for work carried on outside the country, so we never sell SR&ED savings. Our price is what has to win.
How fast do you start?
A scoping call within two business days, a written proposal within a week, and design or engineering starts the week after. On a dedicated team the first pull request lands in the first ten days.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories live in your GitHub or GitLab organisation, hosting and domains are in your name, and we hand over documentation with every release. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage.
Do you sign NDAs and Canadian contracts?
Yes. Our master services agreement is governed by Ontario law, and we sign your NDA before a scoping call if you prefer.
