What this site collects, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, company, the options you choose and the text you write. The booking calendar, when enabled, is provided by a scheduling service that collects the details you enter there under its own policy. Analytics, when enabled, collects page views, approximate location and device type through Google Analytics 4; we do not sell or share this data for advertising. Google Ads conversion tracking records that a form was sent, not what it said.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to our email and stored in our Canadian business systems. Analytics data is processed by Google, which may store it outside Canada; you can block it with a browser setting or extension and the site works the same.

Who can see it

Nimrtech staff in Canada who handle sales, and, only once a project starts, the engineers assigned to it under our confidentiality terms. We do not share enquiries with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus seven years for Canadian tax and contract purposes.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@nimrtech.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics and the booking calendar, when enabled, set their usual cookies; the page shows the same content whether or not they are accepted.
